In the mobile development we draw on the very lightweight project management process scrum, bringing key advantages to the development: We can react to changing requirements in a quicker, more flexible way and produce executable software sooner. This is of utmost importance in today's fast moving mobile market.
Scrum
Scrum is a complete system of meetings, artefacts, roles and values that builds a process model based on the framing principles of agile software development representing the development of products.
A central element of the scrum development cycle is the “sprint”, a time period of around 2 – 4 weeks, during which the development team work on the software and at the end present a running and tested version of the software. With every run, the customer receives a further developed, improved version of the software, that in the course of time draws ever closer to the end product.
Scrum helps us to develop the mobile application that the customer really wants. To discover this he must work and play with the application. Early prototypes, that we directly install onto the customers device, make this possible for him.
